Introducing "Questions and Answers": Ask a question, get an answer!

We’re thrilled to announce the launch of an exciting new feature here at Mojo Chat: Questions and Answers! If there is anything we have learned from decades of physical therapy, it's that all patients need to process new concepts and apply them personally. This means that as patients we all have a lot of questions! Now you can ask your questions directly to our physical therapy staff, and quickly get answers to your exact questions. Answers to your specific questions will help you during the healing process. We find when patients get their questions answered they are more likely to perform self-treatment correctly, and much more likely to continue self-treatment for the full 14 days.

What Is Questions and Answers?

At its core, Questions and Answers is a dynamic tool that lets you ask anything—big or small—and get clear, thoughtful responses tailored to your curiosity. Think of it as a conversation with your physical therapist. You can give extra background that you think might be important for your diagnosis. You can ask about how to perform the treatment plans you have been given. You can tell us that you think our diagnosis is wrong and challenge us. Believe us, we have heard it all and we will not be offended! We all need that personal touch when it comes to our healthcare, and Questions and Answers is designed for exactly this. It's your health, so there is no such thing as a bad question!

We’ve poured our passion for design and delighting our users into this feature, ensuring it aligns with our mission to make physical therapy easy. Questions and Answers is all about your healing process. We are here for you!

How Does It Work?

During the 14-day treatment plan, you will see a new button called "Ask a Question". Clicking this button allows you to enter your question using text and video. You can type your question, or you can easily record a video of you talking, demonstrating a painful body area, and asking your question in your own words. You can even enter text and video together, perhaps asking your question in text and using the video to demonstrate what you are asking. The experience is made to be flexible so you can ask your question in the way that is easiest for you.

Your questions are immediately sent to our physical therapy staff, and they will respond with text or video, whichever makes the most sense for your question. When they respond, you will receive an email or text message and the answers will be visible to you inside Mojo Chat, right at the bottom of the chat history. All questions and answers are saved right within each Mojo Chat case, helping you keep clean and organized records about every injury.

Questions and Answers is truly here to help you! You can ask as many questions as you want during the 14-day treatment plan window. If you still have more questions when you read an answer from our physical therapy staff, just ask another question! We want to hear your questions and give you all the information and insights that you are seeking.

Ready to give it a try? Questions and Answers is already live and waiting for you! Just start a new Mojo Chat case, and after your receive your diagnosis you will see the Ask a Question button. If you have a case that is still in the 14-day treatment window, you will see the Ask a Question button available to you within that case. Give it a try!
