Mojo Chat for Hint practices

1. Install from the Hint Marketplace
Find Mojo Chat in the Hint Marketplace and install it. Your practice and admin details come over from Hint.

2. Refer from the patient chart
Start a Mojo Chat referral from the patient's chart in Hint. Patient details sync from Hint, so there is no double entry.

3. Your patient starts Mojo Chat
The patient answers questions and sends short video clips. Our licensed physical therapists review them and send a diagnosis and treatment plan.

4. Progress comes back to Hint
Diagnoses, the treatment plan, progress and engagement, and checkup responses are added to the patient's chart as Hint chart notes.

What does my practice get?
Unlimited virtual physical therapy for your members for one monthly price of $200 per doctor. Mojo Chat handles musculoskeletal and PT care so your practice can focus on overall health outcomes, and your membership becomes more valuable.

How do members get started?
Refer the patient from their chart in Hint. The patient then uses Mojo Chat in a web browser on their phone, tablet or laptop. There is no app to install and no equipment needed.

Do you treat kids?
Mojo Chat is an online physical therapy platform that currently focuses on common musculoskeletal conditions rather than specialized pediatric care. That said, our clinicians routinely evaluate and treat sprains, strains, and activity-related MSK pain in patients age 8 and older—especially active kids and young athletes. Conditions that pediatricians often see under growth-related names such as Sever's disease (calcaneal apophysitis), Osgood-Schlatter's disease (tibial tubercle apophysitis), or jumper's knee (patellar tendinopathy) are approached the same way we manage any tendinopathy or overload injury: progressive, age-appropriate loading, education on load management, and sport-specific return-to-play guidance. The goal is simply to help young patients recover safely and stay active.

Do you offer pelvic floor therapy?
Mojo Chat does not provide pelvic floor therapy, but we screen for pelvic floor issues and refer patients to in-person physical therapy when needed.

Who are the physical therapists?
US-licensed physical therapists review each case, select the diagnoses and build the treatment plan. When a patient needs in-person care, the Mojo Chat Network can connect them with a clinic.

What will I see in Hint?
Chart notes on the patient's Hint chart covering diagnoses, the treatment plan, progress and engagement, and checkup responses.

Are there per-patient fees?
No. Your practice pays $200 per doctor per month, with no additional cost per use.

How is billing handled?
Your monthly charge is billed through Hint, at $200 times the number of doctors in your practice.
